30-day returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, undamaged condition.

Begin your return on our Returns page or email us with your order number. We’ll reply with the return address and next steps.

Return shipping

Starting a return is free and there are no restocking fees. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is processed to your original payment method, typically within a few business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order number for a free replacement or refund.
